What would you do if you need to deactivate 80+ records and create the same number of records with the same details, just with 1 field change? If you do the math, 1 deactivation would take 1 minute at most, encoding a new record could take at least 5 minutes, depending on the encoder’s typing speed and comprehension. That would be 6 minutes x 80 records = 480 minutes. A total of 8 hours if non-stop encoding.
