Last 2 steps of thinking about or starting with building my own systems. (see my previous post for Step 1 - 3)

Step 4: Choose tools after clarity Don’t start with “What’s the best software?” Start with “What do I want to happen automatically?” Tools should support the process — not define it.

Step 5: Keep it boring (this is actually good) Early systems should be Simple, Predictable, Boring, and Easy to maintain.

If you wanted a Starter System checklist, it would be:
➡️ One intake form or booking page
➡️ One confirmation email
➡️ One reminder
➡️ One follow-up
➡️ One onboarding message

That’s it. Anything beyond that is optional.
